Salary: £25,113 to £26,614 per annum

• Hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm with 30 min unpaid lunch break
• Part-time: 32.5 hrs/wk 39 wks/yr (term time plus 5 Inset days)

• Scale 5 pt 11 (actual salary £25,113 to £26,614 per annum)

The Cedars is a school for children with social, emotional and mental health needs, many of whom are also neurodivergent. Our children may also have had adverse childhood experiences. We currently cater for children from 5 to 11 years old with 70 primary places. From September 2026, we will be expanding our provision to have a KS3 cohort with 16 places.

At The Cedars we prioritise relationships, emotional safety and consistency, recognising that when children feel safe, valued and understood, they are far more able to engage with learning.
