Position Overview
POSITION Clerical Aide
Position Type: Temporary
Schedule: M-F, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, 1 hour lunch
Assignment Lenghth: Up to 6 months
DESCRIPTION
- The Clerical Aide will provide support for the Fuel Operations and Underground Storage Tank (UST) program. Tasks and responsibilities are as follows:
- Produce a variety of reports using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Use Fleet Maintenance Software System (M-5) database and other computer programs
- Monitor and programs fuel access keys for City and contract personnel
- Track fuel usage/deliveries and spending, and tracks contract expenditures with other vendors/consultants
- Ensure fuel-related transactions are properly billed
