+ Maintains zero-defect standards, ensuring all packages meet clinical precision requirements.
+ Inspects and packages products manually to maintain quality where automation is not used.
+ Makes judgment calls on assembly to comply with study blinding and work order standards.
+ Ensures consistency between work orders to support clinical blinding.
+ Proposes solutions and resolves issues to uphold zero-defect goals.
+ Works with serialized kit numbers in complex packaging lots.
+ Completes batch records and documentation per company and customer requirements.
+ PAPR certification preferred for handling specific products.
