Cleaning Supervisor

Location: Ingleby Barwick

Working hours: 30 hours per week

Salary: £14.54 per hour

Your new role

• Maintain and supervise the performance of cleaning staff in line with contractual KPI’s. This will include training and arrangements of duty rotas and cover arrangements.
• Liaise with the Soft Services Manager to help provide cover for overtime, annual leave, absence etc and complete relevant staff spreadsheets.
• Allocation of work and quality control, check work schedules and resolve problems. Assist in the compliance with the site waste management procedures.
• Ensure that RFM procedures and practices are adhered to i.e. Health & Safety and COSHH.
• Ensure that the cleanliness of the site is maintained to the required standards liaising with the Soft Services Manager on completion of quality audits.
