**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Janitor to provide essential cleaning and maintenance services to ensure our facilities remain in pristine condition. This role is critical in maintaining a clean and orderly environment for all employees and visitors.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform daily cleaning of the building, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms.
+ Dispose of garbage and ensure all supplies are stocked and unpacked.
+ Support internal office moves and relocations, including the teardown and building of office cubicles.
+ Execute general building maintenance tasks, including building start-up, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, replacement of lights, and general building cleanup.
+ Participate in interior and exterior recycling initiatives to promote a sustainable environment.
