This role offers a structured, predictable schedule with weekly home time, a majority no-touch/drop-and-hook freight model, and consistent miles to support stable earnings.

Compensation and benefits

• $1,100–$1,300 per week


• Pay rate: $0.64 per mile


• $40 additional pay for loads under 100 miles


• Weekly performance bonus: $225
