Key Responsibilities Claims Management Allocation of daily incoming mail Ensuring delegated daily claims are attended to timeously Checking and assessment of all Claims (Group Life Assurance; Credit Life; Hospital; Dread Disease and Funeral claims) in accordance to Internal processes and procedures Assessments and authorization of claims to be in line with the delegation of authority (as amended from time to time) Repudiate claims that do not qualify in terms of the Policy terms and conditions Ensure accurate recording of all claims on the Administration system Ensuring that claim payments are made within the agreed SLA and approval is in line with the relevant Policy terms and conditions Fraud detection and prevention...
