Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced Contract Paralegal to support a high‑volume capital recovery and claims process. This role focuses on reviewing damage claims, assessing liability, and supporting recovery and litigation efforts under attorney supervision.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Review damage and claims files, including photos, reports, and supporting documentation

+ Evaluate facts and assist with initial liability and fault assessments

+ Draft demand letters and professional correspondence to third parties

+ Support settlement negotiations under attorney direction

+ Track recoveries and assist with intake of settlement payments

+ Coordinate with outside counsel on escalated matters and litigation support

+ Assist with discovery responses, document production, and case tracking
