About the role

Our Regional Claims Inspector team have an opportunity for a Claims Inspector in the North East Region covering liability across Public, Employee and Motor claim areas.

Reporting to the Regional Claims Inspector, you’ll play a crucial role in investigating loss or injury claims and negotiating liability in accordance with industry codes and NFU Mutual procedures. You’ll ensure efficient, fair, and appropriate outcomes for customers whilst controlling claims costs.
