Role Overview

As a Claims Auditor, you will work with stakeholders to deliver effective audits and reporting focused on robust, risk‑based audits across Household Claims, ensuring customer outcomes are fair, regulatory compliance is maintained, and financial risk is managed.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of internal claims processes, new initiatives, best practices, and the impact of inefficient processes on customer service, leakage, and fraud.
• Carry out robust, risk‑based audits across Household within Insurer Services.
• Deliver balanced, accurate, and evidenced feedback to leadership and teams, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement, and ensuring feedback is acted upon.
