Job Description - Manage grant disbursement for various fundings to ensure timely and accurate payment to the beneficiaries or grantees.
- Verify correctness and completeness of claim against checklist and/or supporting documents.
- Prepare claim memo and create claim in the system.
- Attend to escalated enquiries and liaise with external parties for clarification.
- Collation of data/ information/ statistics for reporting.
- Using RPA tools for automating daily operational tasks.
- Provide administrative support and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements - Degree in accountancy, finance or business with at least 1 year of relevant work experience or diploma in the same fields with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
