POSITION SUMMARY

The Claim Administrator will administer Life, Critical Illness, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Long-Term Disability claims within established timeframes and the scope of the policy, while ensuring excellent customer service for our Members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer a caseload of new and ongoing Life, Critical Illness, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Long-Term Disability claims, including recording new claim notifications and gathering information, advising the Adjudicator of the claim situation, recording the decision in the administration system, and requesting payment of the claim
