Endoscopy Decontamination Technician

Band 2 - 36 Hours per week - Permanent

Location

Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, Endoscopy Decontamination Unit, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary

Responsibilities

• High level disinfection of all endoscopes used within Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
• Provide a high quality, hygienic service to Theatres, Clinics and other patient treatment areas as part of a multi‑disciplined team.
• Contribute to effective waste management and cleaning procedures.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training will be provided.
• Enthusiastic, hardworking and proficient in working to high standards.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
