Civil Supervisor
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a growing contractor delivering civil infrastructure projects across Sydney. This role will see you overseeing daily site operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities across civil works projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and labour on-site
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress against programme and report to Project Manager
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections
- Manage site documentation including daily reports and SWMS
- Liaise with engineers, clients, and stakeholders
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
