Position Overview
Job Description - Manage and supervise a team of technical supervising RTOs in performing their duties on site with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works.
- Ensure that all site activities comply with regulations and the client's requirements, and report to C&S QP.
- Work closely with regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the projects.
- Be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works, including temporary works, by identifying any non‑conformity of contractor's works on site.
- Interpret drawings and contract documents accurately.
- Possess a complete understanding of local requirements, especially BCA’s criteria for buildability and safety assurance system.
