QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES: Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in civil or structural Eng. / Pr. Tech would be advantageous. Relevant post-graduate qualifications, albeit technical, management, or business related, would be advantageous.
