Job Functions

• Studying the tender documents to gather essential project insights, supporting management in making an informed participation decision.
• Quantification and BOQ preparation by undertaking detailed analysis of tender documents to produce accurate quantities and prepare clarification requests to address any ambiguities or contradictions.
• Developing and maintaining a procurement plan that defines the procurement strategy, lists subcontractors for follow-up, and emphasizes the selected firms.
• Preparation and following up on requests for quotations, analyze received quotations, and negotiate to secure the best possible deal with specialist subcontractors or suppliers.
• Conducting a comprehensive review of the tender by analyzing the tender documents, managing discrepancies, and coordinating with relevant departments and team members. ...
