Responsibilities Design civil services for municipal, commercial and industrial developments, including preparation of relevant documentation and contract administration/monitoring. Produce technical deliverables for the design and implementation of roads, stormwater services, sewer services, water services, ducting services and bulk earthworks. Prepare Bills of Quantities and technical project specifications in line with relevant SANS codes. Conduct site inspections and lead site meetings. Prepare as‑built drawings and close‑out reports.
