Position Overview
Job Description: - Design civil services for municipal, commercial, and industrial developments
- Deliver technical designs for roads, stormwater, sewer, water services, ducting, and bulk earthworks
- Prepare Bills of Quantities and technical specifications in line with SANS standards
- Conduct site inspections and chair site meetings
- Perform contract administration and construction monitoring
- Prepare asâbuilt drawings and closeâout reports
- Engage with clients and contribute innovative, costâeffective engineering solutions
Skills & Experience: - Minimum 510 years experience in municipal infrastructure and building environment projects
- Exposure to both greenfield and brownfield developments
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil Designer
- Confident client communicator and problem solver
