- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geodetic Engineering .
- Licensed Civil or Geodetic Engineer (preferred or as required by local regulations).
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in site development, land development, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in engineering and survey software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Total Station, GNSS , or related tools.
- Strong understanding of grading design, drainage systems, roadworks , and local construction standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both field and office environments.
- Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
