This leadership role serves as the Chief Engineer for the Transportation Division, overseeing all transportation design and engineering functions. Key responsibilities include managing transportation studies and capital projects, supervising staff, developing budgets, and reviewing internal and contractor designs. The person also leads asset management for critical infrastructure such as bridges, pavement, sidewalks, and tunnels, and plays a key role in shaping Chattanoogas future through Smart City initiatives.
