Position Overview
1. 负责中厨房各类食材的清洗、切割、分装及预处理工作,确保规格符合菜品制作标准;
2. 严格执行食品安全操作规范,保持砧板区域清洁卫生,落实生熟分开、标识清晰、工用具专岗专用等要求;
3. 配合厨师长及灶台岗位完成备料计划,及时响应出品需求,保障出餐效率与质量。
1. 具备1年以上餐饮行业砧板岗位工作经验,熟悉常见食材特性及刀工处理标准;
2. 持有有效健康证明,无传染性疾病,能适应餐饮业快节奏工作环境;
3. 具备基本食品安全知识,责任心强,注重细节与卫生。
