Position Overview
Job Description
You will be responsible for providing interpretation services to Chinese-speaking customers and performing maintenance and repair work on installed equipment.
・Interpretation (Chinese) during meetings with customers and on-site visits
・Supporting communication between internal staff and customers
・Conducting equipment inspections and maintenance at existing customer sites
・Providing initial response to issues and coordinating with the technical department
・Preparing work reports and explaining them to customers
*During the initial onboarding period, you will learn the job by accompanying your supervisor and technical staff
