Description of Job

To lead, develop, and pastor the church’s ministry to children (0–11), pre-teens (11–14), youth (14–18), and families — helping them encounter God’s presence, grow in community, and participate in God’s mission. This role will shape the discipleship of the next generation and play a key part in the future leadership and culture of Kings Road Church.

Kings Road Church is in a season of exciting growth, with over 100 people attending each week. We currently meet in a local school on Sundays and have outgrown our existing building. Plans are well underway for a new church centre on the original site, and we are seeking a leader who will help shape the future of our young people’s ministry for generations to come.
