Description

Registered Home Manager – Esland – Peak View, Buxton (SK17). The role is responsible for leading a residential care service for young people, ensuring safety, stability, and therapeutic support in a two‑bed setting.

Department: Assessments | Location: Peak View – Buxton | Compensation: £48,000 – £55,000 per annum + £3,000 car allowance + potential bonus up to £8,500.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (additional/alternative hours may be requested to meet business needs). The service operates in the Derbyshire Dales countryside, providing immediate intervention and trauma‑informed, therapeutic support over a 12‑week placement for young people.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing security, support and stabilisation for young people in a nurturing environment.
• Implementing the PACE principles of residential care, ensuring access to education and outdoor/adventure activities.
