Responsibilities

• Communicate confidently and clearly with clients.
• Follow the client's care plan, as advised by the Nurse Manager.
• Prioritise the client's wellbeing and raise any safeguarding concerns.
• Provide care including personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, ventilation, and tube feeding.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting complex care clients.
• Experience working with paediatric clients.
• Driving license preferred (not essential).

Shift Details

• Type: Waking Nights.
• Monday – Saturday 21:00 – 06:00.
• Additional shifts available in the local area for flexible availability and willingness to travel.
• We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week.
