POSITION TITLE:  Child Nutrition Manager Elementary A<500 ADP - Alta Loma

EXEMPTION STATUS:  Non-exempt

REPORTS TO:  Child Nutrition Supervisor

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:  9 months; 2023-2024 school year

Primary Purpose:  

Supervise, train, and manage campus food service operations. Ensure appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served. Meet time constraints set by menu requirements established by administration. Meet health codes.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification

High school diploma or GED, preferred

Special Knowledge/Skills

Effective communication (verbal and written), organizational, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of methods, materials, equipment, and appliances used in food preparation

Ability to manage personnel

Effective planning and organizational skills

Basic math skills
