Reporting to the Director General, Treasury and Portfolio Management, this position is responsible for the development and execution of the fund raising strategy of the Bank in both domestic and global debt capital markets. In developing the Funding Strategy, the Chief has to ensure that the decisions are based on rigorous assessment of market conditions (including foreign exchange and interest rate movements), and guided by the risk management framework as well as other policies of the Bank with the objective to raise funding in the most cost effective manner.
