Position Overview
Job Description
Develop and implement project controls strategies and policies that align with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.Collaborate with top management to define the vision and direction for project controls functionsAllocate and manage resources, including personnel, budget, and technology, to support project controls functions effectively. Ensure that project controls teams have the necessary tools and training to perform their roles efficiently.Work closely with project managers and teams to create comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
