What you'll do

• Lead the strategy and roadmap of the entire Enso platform
• Design in Figma: flows, wireframes, prototypes and design system
• Make data-driven decisions: metrics, A/B experiments and dashboards (PostHog)
• Coordinate product with Tech, Sales, Community and Finance
• Start as a one-man show and build your team as Enso grows

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in digital product (startup/scaleup)
• Full-stack profile: strong UX/UI (Figma) and analytical rigour
• Advanced AI usage in your daily workflow (Claude, ChatGPT…) — requirement, not a nice-to-have
• Ability to execute fast in high-velocity environments
• Fluent in English, good in Spanish · Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
