Group COO – Operations & Systems Leadership IBMC is assisting our client in hiring a Group COO to unify and scale operations across their entities in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities - Strategic & Operational Leadership – Translate the group’s strategic vision into measurable operational frameworks and goals, define and manage group-wide KPIs and OKRs, and lead operational planning, forecasting, and execution to support group expansion.
- Full Process Audits – Conduct full process audits across Group companies to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Risk & Scalability Management – Continuously assess current processes and systems for scalability, build a forward-looking risk framework, and drive preventive actions to avoid growth disruptions.
