Chief off Staff (Strategic Partner to Founder & Director)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder & Director.

This is not a traditional administrative secretary role. You will act as the Director's strategic partner, ensuring that ideas become execution and that company priorities are aligned across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Director's strategic right hand.
• Translate business strategies into actionable execution plans.
