Job Description
Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to develop and roll out long-term strategic initiatives-translating high‑level objectives into actionable plans and measuring progress.Serve as liaison between departments-manufacturing, R&D, investment and portfolio teams-to ensure seamless collaboration, clarity on priorities, and efficient execution of strategic initiatives.Identify and rectify inefficiencies in production, supply chain, and corporate processes.
