* Create & Implement a Financial Plan that is in line with
Company Goals
* Supervise Forecasting, Budgeting & Financial Reports
* Tax, Regulatory & IFRS/GAAP Regulations
* Control Capital Structure, Funding Methods & Cash Flow
* Oversee Internal Controls, Audit Procedures & Risk
Management
* Provide Financial Performance & Strategic opportunity advice
to the Board
* Oversee the Finance Staff
