Position Overview
Job Description
Develop and execute the financial strategy to support the company's business objectives.Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.Provide strategic advice to the Managing Director and senior management on financial planning and risk management.Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organisational goals.Manage capital allocation and investment strategies to maximise the organisations commercial value.Collaborate with other departments to optimise operational efficiency and cost management.Represent the company to stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
