• Ability to bring cohesion across departments and leadership
• Experience aligning programs, people, and resources with mission and strategy
• Master’s Degree with senior leadership experience within an Indigenous organization
• Leadership rooted in integrity, accountability, and cultural awareness
• Strong financial management and operational leadership skills
