Chief Engineer

Location: Seda BGC Hotel

Department: Engineering & Maintenance

Reports To: General Manager

The Chief Engineer is responsible for the overall management, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all hotel engineering systems, facilities, and equipment. The position ensures that the hotel's physical assets are maintained to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, sustainability, and guest satisfaction. The Chief Engineer shall oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, lead the Engineering team, ensure compliance with government regulations, and support the achievement of the hotel's operational and financial objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (Required)
