My client is a leading digital bank in the capital of UAE. They are looking for an approved CCO to join their growing leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulators, auditors, and other external parties on all issues related to the bank's activities and needs.
• Ensure the bank complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• Review, scrutinize, and study records, receive data concerning suspicious transactions, and decide to either notify or maintain the transaction while providing reasons for maintaining, preserving complete confidentiality.
• Collaborate with authorized regulators, provide them with all requested data, and allow authorized employees to view necessary records and documents to perform their duties.
