Job Description:
Develop and optimize energetic compositions.

Conduct laboratory-scale mixing, casting, and processing of energetic materials.

Design and execute experiments to evaluate performance characteristics 

Perform material characterization using analytical techniques (e.g., DSC, TGA, FTIR, SEM).
