Job Description

The Chemical Process Lab Technician supports the safe and efficient manufacturing of specialty chemical products through batch operations, laboratory analysis, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards. This role involves operating reactors and related processing equipment, handling hazardous chemicals, maintaining accurate production records, and contributing to continuous improvement in a clean, well-organized manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work from detailed written procedures to process, purify, and chemically fabricate products and their compounds through a sequence of batch operations.
  • Operate processing equipment, including reactors, tanks, pumps, mixers, pH meters, level meters, flow meters, valves, and hoses used in the manufacture of chemical products.
