The role
As a Team Lead - Inventory Management, you coordinate the execution of operational processes while ensuring compliance with productivity, quality, and safety objectives. You lead a team of associates to ensure efficient performance aligned with company standards.
What you will do
- Prepare daily tasks for the team based on established operational priorities and objectives.
- Lead daily shift start meetings to assign goals (KPIs/SLAs) and necessary working tools.
- Monitor the correct execution of standard operating procedures and FIFO inventory policies.
- Oversee compliance with assigned performance metrics such as UPH and task completion.
