We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and be able to create delicious and creative dishes from different cuisines.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, cook and present meals according to the restaurant standards
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Maintain a system of rotation for ingredients to ensure quality
• Manage food stock and supplies
• Inspect quality of food ingredients before using them
• Adhere to health, safety, sanitation and storage regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Chef or Cook is preferred
