The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking its Head of Manufacturing Preparation and Ground Test to join our Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada). The role works in close synergy with the Airbus ME Europe (OM) team within the global ME community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing co‑design team, ensuring operational excellence through high‑quality, harmonised work and test instructions implemented across the Value Stream Management (VSM).
• Direct the functions of Work Preparation/Standard Operating Instruction (SOI), Assembly process in Manufacturing, Aircraft Configuration and Compliance, Change Management, Ground Test Centre, and Ergonomics.
• Establish and maintain the vision and strategy for SOI and Ground Testing (GTC) in the context of ramp‑up and digitalisation (DDMS).
