As Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for managing a section—preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality rosette standard food. You’ll use your passion, innovation and current trends to create new dishes alongside the Head Chef and support/mentor any Commis Chef’s and Apprentices working alongside you.
