• Maintain high culinary and hygiene standards
• Support and mentor junior kitchen staff

Requirements:

• Previous Chef de Partie experience (cruise, hotel, or high-volume catering)
• Culinary qualification (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
• STCW certification (or willingness to obtain)

Package:

• USD $2,559 per month
• Accommodation, meals, and travel provided
• Potential for future contracts
