This is a CDP position to work from Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional culinary showcase to the highest standards of production.
• Utilize sound financial and legislative knowledge to achieve targets, plan balanced, well-costed menus and monitor stock levels and controls.
• Inspire and lead team, promoting a culture of working together to achieve customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.
• Communicate effectively with a strong customer focus, gain valuable feedback to measure success and commit to continuous learning.
