. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in daily food preparation for hot or cold kitchen operations
Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times
Follow food safety and SOP guidelines
Support stock management and basic inventory control
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
REQUIREMENTS: Experience in a central kitchen
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
