Key Responsibilities - Prepare, cut, trim and portion meat, poultry and seafood according to company standards.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling and rotation of meat products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the butcher section and work area.
- Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.
- Assist in receiving and checking meat deliveries for quality and freshness.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to meet daily operational requirements.
- Minimize waste and maintain efficient use of raw materials.
