Position Overview
Job Description
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with Mövenpick’s culinary and wellness standards
- Oversee banquet kitchen operations and ensure smooth execution of all events and functions
- Review and follow Banquet Event Orders (BEO) carefully to ensure accurate preparation and service delivery
- Coordinate closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure successful banquet operations
- Support the main kitchen operations during non-event periods with flexibility across kitchen sections
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
- Train, coach, and support junior kitchen team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment
