What You'll Do Assist in leading day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure smooth service execution. Drive a vertical of R&D/ test kitchen Maintain consistency, quality, portioning, and presentation standards across all menu items. Support menu development, product innovation, and seasonal launches. Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members. What We're Looking For 5–8 years of professional kitchen experience, with leadership experience Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food costing, and team management. Passion for ingredient-focused cooking and continuous learning.
